Yes! We accept Aetna and UnitedHealthcare. All other major insurers in process. Insurance clients begin with an hour-and-15-minute initial video consult. Coverage can vary by plan, so you're always welcome to check your nutrition counseling benefits with your insurer — but you don't have to do it alone. We'll verify your coverage for you beforehand, so you know what to expect before we ever begin.
What to expect: Your initial consult is all about getting to know you — your goals, your medical history, and everything going on. We take the time to really understand your full picture first. Then, once we've gathered everything, we build your personalized plan and goals together at your follow-up visit. No rushing, no cookie-cutter plans — just a plan that actually fits your life. -
Yes, HSA and FSA cards are welcome for any co-pay, deductible, or self-pay programs.

Our free 45-minute discovery call is for self-pay clients, and it's exactly what it sounds like — a chance to see if we're a good fit. We'll get to know you, your goals, and what's going on, and you'll get to know us too. No pressure, no hard feelings. If it feels right on both sides, we'll figure out which program suits you best, and then your personalized plan — your goals and how we'll tackle what's going on — gets built together at your first session.

Honestly? As long as it serves you — and no longer. Most people work with us for a few months at least, because real change takes time and your plan evolves as you do. We do ask for a one-month minimum to start. But here's the heart of it: we're always building you toward doing this on your own, because real success is you not needing us. And even once you've graduated and you're thriving, if life ever throws you off your feet, we'll still be here. That door never closes.

Yes. Paid-in-full options come with a discount: 4, 6, or 9 months for the Premier and Core Programs, and 3, 6, or 9 months for the Written Check-In Program. Payment plans are also available. Email hello@embracewholehealth.com to set one up. All programs have a one-month minimum and are billed monthly unless you choose paid-in-full.

Not the rigid, printed-out kind. Here’s why: a meal plan you have to follow to the letter keeps you relying on us, and our whole goal is the opposite. We teach you how to build balanced, nourishing meals from what you already have — how to throw something together on a low-energy day, how to keep it simple when life gets busy, how to make sure your body’s actually getting what it needs. In the beginning, we’ll hold your hand more while you’re learning. Over time it starts to feel natural, and you’re doing it on your own without even thinking about it. That’s the point.

When it's helpful, absolutely. Sometimes the key to feeling better is seeing what's going on beneath the surface — so we use functional lab testing like micronutrient, hormone, and gut health panels to get real answers. These go deeper than standard labs, which is often exactly what people need when they've been told everything looks 'normal' but they know something's off. We'll only ever recommend testing that actually moves your care forward — never just for the sake of it.

We don’t sell supplements to sell supplements. When something would genuinely help, we use professional-grade dispensaries so you’re getting quality you can trust — and we only ever recommend what your body actually needs. No cabinet full of random bottles, no guessing. Just the few things that actually move the needle for you.
